How to Apply

1. Please review the MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES below to find out which membership type suits you the best.
2. Download the Membership Application form by clicking the button below.
3. Fill out the Word form as completely as possible.
4. You can send us the completed application form either by email or by post.
   i. Sending the form by Email: You can email the completed membership form to colabasailingclub@gmail.com with scanned copy of your Aadhaar card and PAN card.
   ii. Sending the form by Post: You can send your completed signed hard copy of the membership form with a photocopy of your Aadhaar Card and PAN card to the following postal address:

5. Once the CSC committee reviews your application, you will be contacted with the decision and provided with steps to make the membership fee payment if granted membership to CSC.
